Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@repmirrorvault.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@repmirrorvault.com with photos of the damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale/discounted items, gift cards, and items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
